How We Use Your Data
Enquiry submissions are used exclusively to respond to admission-related queries. This data is never sold, shared, or disclosed to any third party.
Submitted data is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only authorised school administrators can view enquiry records.
Uploaded files — including gallery images, notice documents, and profile photos — are stored on AWS S3 (Amazon Web Services), a third-party cloud storage service. AWS is governed by its own privacy policy.
Gallery photographs featuring students are published for school informational and promotional purposes only. By submitting the enquiry form, the parent or guardian provides consent for the child's name and class to be stored temporarily for the admission process.
Account confirmation and password-reset emails are delivered via a third-party email delivery service. No marketing or promotional emails are sent to enquiry contacts.
The admin portal uses encrypted, session-based authentication. No tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts are used for public visitors.
Administrator activity logs are retained for internal security and audit purposes only and are not accessible to the public.
Submit a Data Removal Request
You may request removal of any personal data submitted by you or on behalf of your child. To process your request, we first verify your identity against our records.
Note: Activity logs, official academic results, and institutional notice records are exempt from removal as they constitute school records required for operational and legal purposes.
How the Removal Process Works
Submit the Form
Complete the data removal request form with the details that match your original submission. The more detail you provide, the faster we can locate your data.
Identity Verification
Our team verifies your request against our records using your name and phone number. We may contact you if additional clarification is needed.
Data Review & Deletion
Once verified, the relevant data is permanently deleted from our database and, where applicable, from AWS S3 cloud storage. This process takes up to 15 working days.
Confirmation Sent
If an email address was provided, you will receive written confirmation that your data has been permanently removed from our systems.
